The hotel had a great position, between gambling. Had tea and goodies at Cafe Grande, nestled 1 mi of the property.

Overall had really great stay for one night. The hotel's location was favourable, right by a Casino, and convenient store. Again, I could reach Coushatta Casino just a short stroll away from the property.

The room was quiet with the shower and extra pillows, for instance, had a good night's sleep.

Comfortable beds and climate control, a mini refrigerator, and a microwave oven. Fairly clean private bathroom. All in all nice and absolutely perfect location, adjacent to the casino and the staff and the casinos and convenient store.

Appreciated the place, had an excellent stay for one night. I was given well-appointed room with extra towels, the condition, double beds. Also, location was favourable, at a medium distance from Coushatta Casino. The hotel was in a good area, near the casino and corner store, and Kinder.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the proximity to entertainment options and the cleanliness of the room. Being close to entertainment made it easy to find things to do during the holiday season. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room gave me peace of mind knowing that I was staying in a well-maintained space.

There were several aspects that I disliked about my stay. the beds were small and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Location with shuttle service

We arrived late,we couldn't find the staff,it seemed as if it was going out of business,it was hot in the lobby and hallway,where the ac was turned up.The baggage cart were falling apart and there was no one to help.there was only two sets of towels in the room.and a card saying that they were saving energy.The commode was not secured to the floor,properly.could hear water running all night.the parking was poor,there was not any markings to show the parking spaces.the manager was little pre-occupied to greet us,or to let us feel welcomed.There was no meals,just coffee offered and it was empty.No internet,as stated.My wife question it being a motel 6,that it may not be as nice as the other,but on Booked.net it had a five star rating.We paid $180 for two days and there were signs posted all over,Stating $39 a night,we could've stayed in two at that price and there were no offered savings by the staff.We were asked to pay at check in

It was close to the casino

no breafast served only coffe check in time was late and check out was 11:00am. No ic machine on second level.

Convenient location within a short walking distance to a popular casino and they even offer a shuttle service. The room had a great air conditioning system that kept the room cool and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep.

The hotel ran out of clean towels during my stay, which was an inconvenience. The noise from the train passing by the hotel during the night was disruptive and annoying.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. Booked a room with double beds. It was big as advertised! The setting of hotel was excellent, to store.

The room was not cleaned when we stayed over night. We waited for a desk clerk for 15-20 minutes. No one showed up, other customers also came in and waited. Our keys would not work. Wrote a complaint while we were there and still have not heard a reply. Very poor customer service.
